Refund and Cancellation Policy

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing inside your account. No email, phone call or notice period is required.

Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and the account then moves to the free plan rather than being closed — your payroll history stays readable.

Subscription fees are charged in advance and are generally non-refundable, because you have had access to the service for the period billed. We do refund in these cases:

• Duplicate or erroneous charge — refunded in full, always.
• Charged after you cancelled — refunded in full.
• Sustained failure of the service that we did not remedy after you reported it — refunded pro-rata for the affected period.
• We materially reduce what your plan includes — you may cancel and we refund the unused portion of the current period.
• First paid month, if the product does not fit — tell us within 7 days of your first paid charge and we will refund it in full, provided you have not finalised a payroll run in that period.

We do not refund partial months on downgrade, unused employee seats, or periods where the service was available but unused.

We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Razorpay and typically reach you within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Cancelling does not delete your data. Export what you need from the product at any time. If you ask us to close the account entirely, we retain data for 30 days and then delete it, subject to the statutory retention described in the Privacy Policy.
